Some of my work

Mount Wellington

Mount Wellington

The Landscape painting of Mount Wellington and the Tranmere Track - I completed this commission for a fellow teammate Elyse Villani who wanted to get a personalised painting of her partner’s favourite place in Tasmania as a gift. I tried to keep my vibrant style whilst trying to capture the specifics of the picture that Elyse desired, for example, the inclusion of her partner walking their dog on the path. I loved every second of working on this project.
Wedding

Wedding

The sketch drawing of my Nan and Pop on their wedding day. I love any opportunity I get to do a portrait, but this one was particularly special because it was for my Nan just after my Pop had passed away.
The Man

The Man

“Cheers” Drawing of my uncle holding his cup up. This drawing was a gift for my great Aunt who had just lost her husband suddenly. I was very close to them both and was struggling to convey my feelings through language so I created this sketch. My uncle was known for always encouraging a family drink at the end of a special meal together so i wanted to capture his warmth and presence so that when my Aunt looked at the image she was reminded of their love.
Arlo

Arlo

“Arlo” coloured drawing of a golden retriever. This was a gift for one of my team mates who had just got her first pup Arlo. When doing a portrait i always try to capture some aspects of the subject's personality and here i tried to highlight Arlo’s cheekiness and warmth. I started sketching the outline of Arlo then built up the layers of colour to bring .
