Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping Australia wide.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 3 days of receiving it.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all products across Australia.
Lost your order confirmation email?
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake. If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at crinny17@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I pay for my order?
We use a Stripe and at checkout, you’ll have the option to select your credit card to enter details which will be taken through a secure checkout.
I’ve received my order but it’s damaged or incorrect.
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at crinny17@gmail.com with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I change my order?
If you have a query regarding your order please contact us immediately at crinny17@gmail.com and we will be able to help from there.
Refunds
Due to the nature of some of the products, all sales are final and do not offer refunds. Please email us immediately to address any issue around this.
